My best advice is – DON’T WAIT. Don’t make a pile in the garage, or by the door, or in the basement. As you make decisions to eliminate items, get them out as soon as possible! Getting things out the door, even one bag or box at a time prevents another pile from accumulating, adding to overwhelm, and from stuff creeping back into your space.
