Accessibility Statement
Everyone Deserves to Feel Safe and Respected
Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent or experience executive functioning challenges. Others are navigating grief, caregiving, chronic illness, major life transitions, or simply the everyday demands of busy lives.
Whatever has brought you here, you deserve to be met with respect and compassion, without judgment.
Shamrock Organizing is proudly a woman-owned Calgary business committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive experience for every client. I believe there is no single “right way” to organize, communicate, learn, or live. Different people need different systems, and every person and every story deserves to be treated with dignity.
My role is never to ask you to fit someone else’s definition of organized. It’s to help you build systems that fit your life, your values, and the way your brain works.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
My Commitment
I’m continually working to improve the accessibility of this website so more people can comfortably access the information and services offered here.
If you experience difficulty using this website or accessing any information, I’d genuinely like to know.
Need Something Different?
If you would benefit from information in another format, require accommodations for a presentation or organizing session, or encounter any accessibility barriers, please reach out. Whenever possible, I’ll do my best to provide reasonable accommodations that support your needs.
Organizing for Different Brains
Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent or experience executive functioning challenges.
I believe there is no “one right way” to organize, communicate, or learn. My approach is built around meeting people where they are, creating systems that fit their lives, and reducing shame—not adding to it.
Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
If you notice something on this website that could be improved, I’d sincerely appreciate your feedback.Your suggestions help make Shamrock Organizing more welcoming for everyone.
